Refund and Cancellation Policy

Bearing Fruit Business Collective, LLC

Effective DateThis Policy becomes effective when first published on bearingfruitbc.com.Bearing Fruit Business Collective, LLC (“BFBC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) wants participants to feel confident investing in our coaching services. We do not want to hold your money if a cohort is not helpful to you. This Policy explains our full-refund promise and how cancellations, transfers, missed sessions, and BFBC schedule changes are handled.

1. Fourteen-Day Full Satisfaction GuaranteeIf you participate in a BFBC group-coaching cohort and do not believe the experience was helpful, you may request a full refund of the amount you paid.
Your request must be received no later than 14 calendar days after the final scheduled live session for that cohort. The 14-day period begins the day after the final scheduled live session, whether or not you attended every session.
No explanation, proof, completed assignment, or minimum attendance is required. We may invite honest feedback so we can improve, but providing feedback is optional and will not determine whether an otherwise valid refund is approved.

2. How to Request a RefundSubmit your request through the Contact Us form on bearingfruitbc.com or email [email protected]. Include:* Your full name.
* The email address used for the purchase.
* The name and start date of the cohort or service.
* A clear statement that you are requesting a refund.
A refund request is considered received when it reaches BFBC through one of the methods above. Keep a copy of your submission.

3. Refund Amount and TimingAn approved request under the satisfaction guarantee will receive a refund of the full amount actually paid to BFBC for the applicable cohort.
BFBC will generally initiate the refund to the original payment method within five business days after approving the request. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time—often five to ten business days—to post the funds. BFBC does not control processor or financial-institution posting times.
If the original payment method cannot receive the refund, we will work with you to identify a lawful alternative.

4. Access After a RefundOnce a refund is issued, your access to future live sessions, private community spaces, replays, downloads, and other paid materials for that cohort will end. The personal-use license granted for program materials is revoked.
You must stop using, sharing, teaching, publishing, selling, or distributing refunded materials and delete downloaded copies when reasonably requested. Your confidentiality obligations concerning other participants continue after the refund.

5. Participant Cancellation Before or During a CohortYou may cancel before the cohort begins or at any time during the cohort. If your request is received within the 14-day satisfaction-guarantee window described above, you will receive a full refund.
Instead of a refund, you may ask to transfer your registration to another scheduled cohort. Transfers depend on availability and must be approved by BFBC. Accepting a transfer does not create a new or extended refund period unless BFBC confirms otherwise in writing.

6. Missed SessionsMissing one or more sessions does not disqualify you from the satisfaction guarantee and does not extend the refund deadline. When available, session replays will be provided according to the applicable offer.

7. If BFBC Cancels or Materially ReschedulesIf BFBC cancels a cohort and does not provide a substantially equivalent replacement, you may choose:* A full refund; or
* A transfer of the amount paid to another available BFBC cohort or service.
If BFBC materially changes the published dates or times and the revised schedule does not work for you, you may request a full refund or transfer. Requests should be submitted within 14 calendar days after notice of the change or before the rescheduled cohort begins, whichever occurs first.

8. Misconduct, Fraud, and Policy AbuseThe satisfaction guarantee is intended for good-faith participants. BFBC may deny a refund when a participant is removed or access is terminated because of:* A material breach of group confidentiality or another participant’s privacy.
* Harassment, threats, discrimination, intentional disruption, or unsafe conduct.
* Fraud, payment abuse, misrepresentation, or an improper chargeback.
* Unauthorized recording, copying, publication, resale, teaching, or distribution of BFBC materials or session content.
* Repeated or coordinated abuse of the refund process.
This section does not limit any non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable law. BFBC will evaluate disputed requests reasonably and in good faith.

9. Requests After the Fourteen-Day WindowRefunds are not promised after the 14-day period ends. BFBC may consider exceptional circumstances individually, but any accommodation outside the stated window is discretionary and does not change this Policy for other purchases.

10. ChargebacksPlease contact BFBC first if you believe a charge is incorrect or a promised refund has not appeared. Nothing in this Policy waives your lawful right to dispute a charge, but an unnecessary chargeback can delay resolution and may suspend access while the matter is reviewed.

11. Changes to This PolicyWe may update this Policy prospectively. The version presented at the time of purchase will govern that purchase unless a later version is more favorable to you or applicable law requires otherwise.
